Middies/Bigs Advanced Tap (Grades 6+)

Service Description

Tuesdays 7:00-8:00pm Advanced tap dancers with at least 2-3 years of training recommended for this tap class which will be a fast paced study of core technique, tap vocabulary and musicality with East End tap professional Anita Boyer. Students will learn combinations each week and improve their choreography retention, speed and musicality. Work toward the return of our renowned tap show, “TAP: A Celebration of Rhythm” coming to the Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center June 2024! Register online for the Spring Semester (8 weeks): $214 online | $208 cash/venmo | Crew Discount $182 Every Trimester we offer a performance opportunity for all students! This trimester we are offering the Spring Varietal + Crew Showcase at LTV Studios! Since we are such a large group, we are splitting the performances up as follows: Toddies, TTC & Littles (ages 3-5th grade) will have their Mandatory Tech Rehearsal on Wednesday, May 29th 4-6pm and their performance will be Thursday, May 30th at 6pm. Middies & Bigs (grades 6th-12th) will have their Mandatory Tech Rehearsal on Wednesday, May 29th 6-8pm and their performance will be Friday, May 31st at 6pm. Bundle the show production fee with your class for: $75 ($65 for siblings and Crew Members) Bundle discount available until April 14th. All sales are final but we do offer students the opportunity to take make-up classes within the semester for which they are enrolled. Please contact the directors before missing a class in order to schedule a make-up! Students are allowed to transfer to another class mid-semester, but will be required to pay an administrative transfer fee of $10.
